A key component of tactical operations is communications. This is most frequently done by radio.

/k/s radio of choice is the Baofeng. Any of the UV-5R varients. These will commonly be reffered to as binchongs, bowchangs, and bowchings. /k/ loves these radios as they're so cheap, and the accessories are also very cheap. Something anyone can pickup and throw in a BoB, or a stash for the happening.

Here's where we get into some murky water.
There have been many suggestions for /k/ frequencies, but none have been decided upon. Whenever someone suggests a frequency, people sommehow find that's in in use. Whatever. This is the main think /k/ needs to work on in their comm situation.
